Confortotal Minisplits
This is our Confortotal Conventional line! Maximizing in affordability and convenience, these units are a great cost efficient way to meet your air conditioning and heating needs. All of our units come equipped with a heat pump so you can have cold air in the summer and warm air in the winter! All units are WiFi and Alexa compatible. All Confortotal units come with a one-year Labor & Parts warranty, and a five-year compressor warranty! All prices listed include the basic installation cost.
12k (1 Ton) 110v Confortotal 16seer Inverter Minisplit
Starting at $800
This is our best selling system, capable of heating and cooling a space of up to 500 sq.ft. This unit comes equipped with an indoor power cord that can plug into a basic 110v wall outlet! and comes with a handheld remote. We strive to bring you the best possible solution at the best possible price that is why we use Confortotal’s Inverter series unit. Only available in a 1 ton size, this unit is an incredible value!
18k (1.5 Ton) 220v Confortotal Conventional Minisplit

This is the big brother to the 12k. Offering the same options as the 12k, but capable of heating and cooling an area of up to 750 sq. ft. This unit comes equipped with an indoor power cord which can be plugged into a 220v outlet and comes with a handheld remote.
24k (2 Ton) 220v Confortotal Conventional Minisplit
Starting at $1,400
This is our best selling 220v model! This unit is strong enough to comfortably heat and cool an area of up to 1,000 sq. ft. This unit comes with an indoor power cord which can be plugged into a 220v outlet and comes with a handheld remote.
36k (3 Ton) 220v Confortotal Conventional Minisplit

This is the biggest of all Confortotal conventional single-zone systems! Able to supply cold and the hot air in an area up to 1,500 sq. ft. This unit comes with an indoor power cord which can be plugged into a 220v outlet and comes with a handheld remote.
Confortotal Dual Zone & Triple Zone Minisplits
Starting at $2,500
Confortotal offers four dual zone sizes and one triple zone size. Three of the sizes are 20Seer and the two biggest sizes are 19Seer. All

Traiden Minisplits
This is our Traiden Inverter line of minisplits! Maximizing in energy efficiency but at a fraction of what traditional heat and air companies charge! All Traiden Inverter units come with a two-year Labor & Parts warranty and a ten-year compressor warranty! All units come compatible with Alexa and the Traiden app. These units are equipped with heat pumps and inverters to give you heat and a/c while being incredibly energy efficient! All prices listed include the basic installation cost.
12k (1 Ton) 220v Traiden 23seer Inverter Minisplit

This is Traiden’s smallest unit in their flagship Inverter series, but don’t let that keep you from putting it to work! Capable of heating and cooling a space of up to 500 sq.ft. while also maintaining amazing energy efficiency, there is a lot to like from this Traiden system! This unit must be powered by an outdoor disconnect box and comes with a handheld remote.

Another great option from Traiden, this powerful unit can take care of your heating and cooling needs in an area up to 1,000sq.ft. This unit will provide you with the comfort you need at a price that will not break the bank! This unit is powered by an outdoor disconnect box and comes with a handheld remote.
36k (3 Ton) 220v Traiden 23seer Inverter Minisplit
Starting at $2,200
This is the biggest unit offered by Traiden! This powerful system can take on the heat in the summer and fight the cold in the winter in an area up to 1,500 sq.ft. This unit is powered by an outdoor disconnect box and comes with a handheld remote.
Condenser Wall Brackets
$60-$100
We offer two types of condenser brackets. We offer the standard two L-brackets for $60, and a heavier set of two L-brackets with a cross brace for $100. Price includes installation.
Outdoor Lineset Covers
Starting at $80
Lineset covers offer both a better appearance cosmetically and protection from the Sun and weather for the lineset, drain line, and communication wires. Our standard 8ft lineset covers start at $80 price increased based on length needed. Price includes installation.
Basic Installation
Our basic installation is the installation of your unit including everything needed to ensure your unit is working to its intended specifications and that you are completely satisfied with your system. Once we install your unit, the Labor & Parts warranty begins.
We Accept Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, & ApplePay
Purchases with credit/debit cards are subject to an additional fee. We strive to be fair and competitive in our pricing. We charge an elevation fee for units installed on the second story of a building or higher. We charge a fuel cost fee if driving more than 100 miles from Sallisaw, Oklahoma The cost is $20 per 60 miles driven. We charge a concrete fee if the units are installed in a building made with concrete, brick, or rock siding. For more information, please call or text (918) 774-3773.
All units supplied and installed by us come with a labor and parts warranty beginning on the date of installation and ending on the same after one year for the Confortotal units and two years for the Traiden units. The labor and parts warranty covers any problems the system may have that are not caused by the customer or any outside circumstances or individuals. If you have any problems with a unit we supplied and installed, give us a call and we will be there promptly to diagnose and fix your system. If we cannot fix it or deem it too expensive to repair, then we will replace your system with another identical system free of charge! The warranty does not reset after a replacement but continues until the original warranty expires. Our compressor warranty means that if your unit’s compressor fails after the labor and parts warranty has expired, you can still receive a replacement compressor free of charge, but we will charge a service fee if you ask us to install the new compressor.
